You may download Java from here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp.  You may especially need to download Java if you have Windows XP because Microsoft had to remove Java from Windows XP due to a lawsuit.  Click here if you have installed Java and are still having problems viewing Virtual Tours.

Having Problems Viewing Virtual Tours? 1) Try upgrading to the latest version of Java if you have an older version. This is also good to do in order to fix security issues with older versions of Java. 2) Pop-up blocker turned on. This could be built into IE or it could be Yahoo toolbar, Google toolbar, Firefox, etc. (disable or add www.ckmc.org to allow pop-ups). 3) Slow internet connection. 4) Bad internet connection (static on the line, connection dropped). 5) Spyware infection. 6) Virus infection.
