Normal visiting hours are 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. daily. For children under six, please request the house supervisor's permission. Children under 12 years of age must be in the company of a responsible adult. At all times please be sensitive to our patients' need for quiet and rest.
Persons who have recently been ill or have had an infection are discouraged from visiting. Visitors with an obvious infectious disease will be asked to leave the hospital. Patients are discouraged from visiting in other patients' rooms. Visitors must check with the primary nurse before entering the room of a patient in isolation as designated by a sign on the door.
Medical/Surgical Visiting Hours
A family member is encouraged to be in the hospital while the patient is in surgery.
ICU Visiting Hours
At the discretion of the nursing staff, visitors are limited to two people at a time, ten minutes on every hour. Visitors may be asked to leave, or times restricted, in order for the staff to perform necessary patient interventions.
Family Birthing Center Visiting Hours
The husband or significant other is not restricted to regular visiting hours. Siblings are the only children that are allowed to visit. Please use good judgment when visiting, as new moms and babies need time together as well as time to rest.
Pediatric Visiting Hours
Parents or significant others are not restricted to regular visiting hours.
Any exceptions to normal visiting hours must be approved by the House Supervisor / Nurse Manager
