Lamaze / Childbirth Classes

Meet on Tuesday nights from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Thelma Faye Harms Room (in basement off of cafeteria) of CKMC. Classes are 5 weeks in length. The cost is $40.00 for the Lamaze class. The refresher or cesarean class is the 3rd meeting and the cost is 16.00.

June 7 - July 5
July 26 - Aug 23
Sept. 13 - Oct. 5
Nov 1 - Nov 29

Call the ob department at 786-6285 to register.

You will need to bring a partner and 2 pillows to the class. Dress comfortably.
