CKMC is operating the following support groups and classes as a service to the public. The groups are open to the public. There may be a charge to attend.
Sponsored by Golden Belt Home Health and Hospice. Groups are offered in Great Bend and Larned. The support group will offer a safe place for people to do the work of mourning and learn new ways to approach problems, in turn leading to an inner balance which acknowledges the changes mourning brings about. Classes are 5 weeks in length. They meet on Tuesday nights from 7pm to 9 PM in Thelma Faye Room (in basement off of cafeteria) of CKMC. The cost is $40.00 for the Lamaze class. The refresher or cesarean class is the 3rd meeting and the cost is 16.00.
