Providers Cherie Morris, MD
Dr. Morris joined St. Joseph Family Medicine in 2008. She earned her bachelor's degree at Sterling College in Sterling, Kan., and her medical degree at University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita. She completed a residency in family medicine and a fellowship in family medicine operative obstetrics at University of Missouri-Kansas City Family Medicine, where she also served as junior faculty in the department of community and family medicine.
Sue Rodgman, MD
Dr. Rodgman received her BS in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She attended medical school at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Dr. Rodgman served in the Canadian Forces from 1973- 1993, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. She was also the personal physician to the Duke and Duchess of York in 1987 and 1989. Dr. Rodgman has completed 36 medical missionary trips to Afghanistan, Armenia, Bali, Belarus, China, Egypt, Honduras, Indonesia, Mali, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Senegal and Ukraine.
Mid-Level Provider Charise Oelger, PA-C
Charise earned her physician assistant degree at Wichita State University and a bachelor's in biology at St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Ind. Before joining St. Joseph Family Medicine in 2008, she spent five years working in family practice and internal medicine at Kansas Medical Clinic in Topeka.
Debbie Tomlinson, ARNP
Debbie joined CKMC in 1975. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Kansas Newman College and a master’s of science degree in nursing at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan. Since starting with CKMC, Debbie has gone from being a nurse’s aide, to a registered nurse, to an advanced registered nurse practitioner. She has worked as a flight nurse, in the intensive care unit and also in the emergency room.
